Aphthae - Doctor advises

How to fight aphthae? I am 34 years old and lately, which is about two months, aphthae have been appearing on my tongue. It's quite painful, please advise. I've been putting a purple solution on my tongue but it's not working. There are supposedly vitamins that are missing in my body, is that possible? If so, which ones? Thank you for the answer. M.T.

Answer

In the oral cavity, it is often in the form of aphthae that a deficiency of certain substances manifests itself. Often it is vitamin B (B12), folic acid and iron. Aphthae can also arise as a result of stress, reactions e.g. to certain acidic fruits, allergic reactions. Aphthae tend to return and take weeks to heal. The application of Biostimulom is very effective in case of aphthae. It suppresses unpleasant pain and accelerates the recovery and healing of the mucous membrane. With regular applications, it is possible to shorten the healing time up to three times. Application is done both through the open mouth and through the face, at least twice a day for 10 minutes. It is possible to start immediately with the pulse regimen. Regular applications will significantly accelerate healing and help to prevent the recurrence of discomfort.
During treatment, furthermore, avoid smoking, sharp and acidic irritating foods, include the intake of B vitamins (preferably in the form of a B complex).
